The art of Cava

A look at the cava bottling process and a glimpse into the cellar of ArtCava / Masia Can Batlle near Barcelona.

ArtCava is a small winery surrounded by vineyards and overlooking Montserrat, located in one of Europe's most important wine regions, Penedès (just 40 minutes from Barcelona). ArtCava produces around 18,000 bottles of artisanal quality cava every year, without chemical additives or expedition liqueurs. Just passion.
