The art of Cava

A look at the process of bottling cava and a peek into the cellar of ArtCava / Masia Can Batlle near Barcelona.

ArtCava is a small winery surrounded by vineyards and views of Montserrat, in one of the most important wine regions in Europe, the Penedès (just 40 minutes from Barcelona). ArtCava makes around 18,000 bottles of quality artisan Cava every year, with no chemicals, no expedition liqueurs. Just passion.

A special thanks to Santi and Gerard for their enthusiastic cooperation and explanations.
