Aiguamolls de l'Empordà
The Aiguamolls de l'Empordà Natural Park is the second most important wetland area in Catalonia (after the Delta del Ebro) at over 4,800 hectares and was established in 1983. A great area for walking and birdwatching. One of the former rice silos has been converted to a viewing tower.
